Dr Jyoti Arora, Principal of Mount Abu Public School, Delhi, is a globally renowned educator, leader, and innovator who has dedicated her career to transforming education and fostering global citizenship. Recognized with the National Award to Teachers 2020 by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, and the s, she has significantly contributed to school education, both nationally and internationally.

Under her dynamic leadership, Mount Abu Public School has scaled unprecedented heights. It is celebrated as Delhi’s pioneer IB World School and a benchmark CBSE institution, known for its award-winning Global Citizenship Curriculum and innovative educational practices. The school has received numerous accolades, including the prestigious Intercultural Achievement Award 2022 from the Government of Austria, solidifying its position as a leader in global education.

Jyoti Arora's expertise extends beyond school administration. She is an elected Governing Body Member of CBSE since 2012, serving as a voice for innovation and excellence in policy-making. As the President of Indraprastha Schools Sahodaya, she leads a network of 120+ CBSE schools, fostering collaboration and driving transformative changes.

Her international engagements reflect her commitment to cross-cultural learning. She has represented India as an MHRD Delegate to China, participated in forums in the United Kingdom, Indonesia, and Japan, and contributed to Indo-Italian cultural exchanges. These experiences have shaped her global perspective, enriching her ability to prepare learners for an interconnected world.

Jyoti Arora is also a Master Trainer for CBSE’s Centre of Excellence, conducting capacity-building programs across India, the Middle East, and Africa. Her workshops on experiential learning, sustainability, and kindness have earned her invitations to platforms like UNESCO MGIEP's World Youth Conference on Kindness and BETT Asia Conferences. Her thought leadership is further demonstrated through her authorship of research articles and active participation in national and international panel discussions.

She has also served as an International Observer for the Presidential & Parliamentary Elections in Uzbekistan and led the first delegation of Indian School Heads to Taiwan at the invitation of Taiwan’s Ministry of Education. She has been felicitated as 'Indonesianist' by the Government of Indonesia. She holds several significant positions, including National Commissioner (Guides) for Hindustan Scouts and Guides, City Coordinator for the National Testing Agency, and member of esteemed organizations like FICCI ARISE, United Nations Compact Network, and BELMAS.
